chitchat.ma.pe - Separate the Chit from the Chat on Twitch

Allow broadcasters to separate out the less critical parts of chat. It splits the copypasta and emote spam from "good" messages. It also allows you to filter sub only messages. No need to login with Twitch credentials.

Highlight/promote messages that are:
* From friends
* From moderators
* Directed at the streamer
* From Twitchnotify
* Interesting link
