Map 37: Ascension (Good Ending) - Doom 64: Reloaded Walkthrough

No commentary walkthrough of the map "Ascension". To be able to reach this map you have to visit all secret levels and collect the 3 artifact keys, then open the special gate at the end of Map 35: No Escape. Normally, you'd have the Unmaker with all 3 keys for this fight which makes it a lot easier. Redid this video as Atomic Frog made some balancing changes to this map. One major change is making it so the Invulnerability disappears very quickly after it spawns, so you cannot save it for the Mother Demon fight and cheese her, which I what I did initially: ㅤhttps://www.seevid.ir/fa/w/Ari_h8nGwxk You can still save the BFG for the Mother Demon and shred her with a few shots, but here I deliberately use up all BFG on the Cyberdemons to both speed up the run and make the final fight at least somewhat of a challenge. Made revisiting this map a ton of fun actually. Doom 64 Reloaded is a WAD by AtomicFrog that aims to show what Doom 64 would have looked like had it not been restricted to an 8MB cartridge. Levels have additional detail, textures and lighting while retaining their core structure.
