My holiday leftovers bread pudding recipe is easy and delicious. I had random leftovers from the holidays, so I decided to use them to make a homemade bread pudding. With brioche bread and sweetened condensed milk vanilla sauce as the base, I added maraschino cherries, flaked coconut, pecans, orange and lemon zest, and cinnamon and nutmeg, making the bread pudding incredibly delicious. Although I baked it slightly longer than I should have, it still turned out great.
