Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken

My Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken is a go to recipe during the week because it's so simple and quick to make. With only a handful of ingredients and about 20 minutes, you can have dinner on the table. I used chicken thighs, but you can also use chicken breast as well. This recipe is also very versatile, you can make it with salmon, shrimp, mussels or even pork chops. This time around I made my Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken for dinner and I served it over plain pasta. The flavor in the sauce was all I needed for the pasta and didn't want to take away from the delicious savory chicken. Obviously, it's all about the sauce!
