Materials:

-2 water glasses of warm water
-1 tablespoon grape or apple vinegar
-1 dessertspoon of salt
-5.5 water glasses of flour
-1 tablespoon of liquid cooking oil

To Spread Between and Above:
-60 grams of butter
-1 tea glass of liquid cooking oil

For Ingredient:
-4-5 tablespoons of liquid cooking oil
-2 medium-sized onions
-500 grams of ground beef
-Enough salt
-1 teaspoon each of flaked red pepper, black pepper, chili powder
