Seeing A Fisherman In The Middle Of The Sea In Calumpang, Zapatos Balud Masbate Philippines

As we cross the Ocean to Zapatos Island for a Medical Mission led by our Honorable Mayor Ruben Jude Lim and Team, we saw a Fisherman floating in the Sea while his little boat continues to operate and runs round around near him and we were able to rescue him. He was really tired so we brought him near the coast of Jintotolo Island. He might be dead and lifeless if we weren't able to see him.
