Biden admin suing Texas over floating barriers at southern border

The Justice Department is suing Texas over 1,000 feet of buoy barriers placed in the Rio Grande between Eagle Pass and Mexico. Texas Governor Abbott says the White House was not doing enough to stop migrants. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson is on the ground with the latest.
