Tarikh Episode 455

Tarikh is a daily Hindi programme in which we present you with incidents and stories of noteworthy persons and Incidents. In this edition of Tarikh, Mubarak talks about Seymour Hersh, a respected journalist with a long track record of investigative reporting. In 2015, Hersh published an article titled "The Killing of Osama bin Laden,". In which he claimed that bin Laden was not killed in a raid by the U.S. Navy SEALs in Abbottabad, Pakistan, in May 2011. Instead, Hersh claimed that bin Laden was actually a prisoner of the Pakistani intelligence agency, the ISI, and was being held in a safe house in Abbottabad, with the knowledge of senior Pakistani officials.

In Part 2 We talk about The Alcatraz prison escape of 1962, one of the most famous and mysterious prison escapes in American history. Alcatraz was a high-security federal prison located on an island in San Francisco Bay, California, and was considered to be one of the most secure prisons in the world at the time.

On the night of June 11, 1962, three inmates - Frank Morris, John Anglin, and Clarence Anglin - managed to escape from Alcatraz by using homemade tools to dig through the walls of their cells and into a utility corridor. From there, they climbed up to the roof of the cellblock and used a makeshift raft made from raincoats to escape the island.
