After finally making our way over to mainland Europe, we embarked on our road trip down to Switzerland! Our first stop on the trip was the Netherlands. A beautiful country that holds a special place in our hearts, as this is where Adriana spent many years as a child. Our exploration begins in Den Haag, a wonderful city filled with great food, followed by an interesting overnight stay (it turns out the Netherlands doesn’t really LOVE the idea of campervans parking around the place) 👀 We also make a visit to the calm and beautiful university city of Leiden to, you guessed it, have some sweet treats and also visit Adriana’s old house… what an emotional and beautiful way to start our trip!
