Solution: Manual fix - open control panel, go to network connections, where you can see ethernet adapter. Right click ethernet adapter, go to properties. Double click Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4), Select "Obtain an IP address automatically". This will enable DHCP for Ethernet connection.
