Ingredients as added

1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper seed
3 sheets of lore
6 cardamom seeds
1 tablespoon of cloves
2 lomi (dry lemon)
Hot pepper to taste
2 onion wings
1 cinnamon stick
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon dry coriander
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon minced ginger
2 kg chicken, we divide it in half
2 small diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Salt, to taste
3 cups of Basmati Rice, washed and soaked for ½ hour
1 tablespoon of sauce
2 tablespoons of oil
To make the quichne
2 cubes of butter
½ cup peeled almonds
¼ cup of raisins
To make the daqoos salad
1 tomato
4 cloves of garlic
½ red and green bell pepper
Hot pepper to taste
½ cup of parsley
½ teaspoon salt
A pinch of parsley
