In today's video I shared with you my daily routine on how I lost 100 pounds. This routine is pretty much what I did every single day for a whole entire year being consistent definitely played a big role and keeping foods simple as well. I was able to lose weight eating anything I wanted to eat as long as I was in a calorie deficit doing so allowed to still enjoy my day-to-day life and now it has become a lifestyle of mine to stay fit.
