Eldridge & Co.: Gloria Farber

Ronnie welcomes Gloria Farber, Director of Education for Columbia University's Head Start Program. Head Start is a comprehensive child development program which serves children aged 3-5 with the goal of increasing the school readiness of young children in low-income families. Ms. Farber talks about the program and its ties to the local community of Washington Heights.

Ronnie M. Eldridge, articulate, outspoken, and passionate member of the New York City Council from 1989 to 2001, hosts this series which covers the issues and institutions, the people and politics of New York City.
