In this video, I have explained the PAY BANDS which is a pay scale used by NHS UK to pay most of its employees that matches the employees ability and responsibilities. The pay bands in the video are for the year 2019/20 as per the NHS Agenda for change – Pay rates 2018/19 and a guideline for your future pay ANNUALLY BEFORE TAX. However, you must always ask your employer regarding your basic pay.
