Are you wondering how to install cellular shades? You have come to the right place! This short tutorial video provides an easy step-by-step solution on how to install these shades. These cellular shades will provide the comfort and privacy to your home that you deserve, with minimum work. All you will need for this project is a tape measure, power drill, and pencil. Let's get started! You will begin installation by placing the mounting brackets 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches from both sides of the top of the window opening. In the case that your window opening is more than three inches deep, you will need to place the brackets so that the back of them are set 2 1/2 inches away from the back of the window opening. In the case that your window opening is less than 2 1/2 inches altogether, then you will need to place the back of the bracket 1 1/2 inches in front of the window. Install each bracket at the top of the windows frame by inserting and attaching one screw through the hole between the springs. Now you will need to hook the bracket to the front lip of each bracket, and rotate the headrail until it clicks into the bracket. All you have left to do is attach the handle to open and close your new cellualr shades! These blinds are simple to put together, and easy to use, giving your family ideal privacy when you want it.
