Indian mixed vegetables recipe
Ingredients and preparation
Welcome to my channel
One fourth of a cup of cashews
Salt
One cup of water
Over medium heat for 10 minutes
Blend in the blender
Two tbsps of butter
Cooking oil
One tbsp each of cumin seeds, cinnamon, and cardamom
One whole onion
One tbsp each of garlic and hot chili peppers
Add the tomatoes and cashew puree
One tsp each of paprika or hot chili powder and cumin, half a tsp of black pepper, and one fourth of a tsp of turmeric
Water
One cup of boiled carrots
One cup of canned peas
One cup of canned beans
Three potatoes cut and fried
Salt
One tsp of vegetable bouillon
On medium heat for 10 minutes
Coriander
This dish is eaten with bread or rice

ملعقة كبيرة من الثوم والفلفل الحار
تضاف الطماطم ومعجون الكاجو
ملعقة صغيرة من كل من البابريكا أو مسحوق الفلفل الحار والكمون ونصف ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود وربع ملعقة صغيرة من الكركم
ماء
كوب جزر مسلوق
كوب من البازلاء المعلبة
كوب واحد من الفاصوليا المعلبة
ثلاث حبات بطاطس مقطعة ومقلية
ملح
ملعقة صغيرة من مرق الخضار
على نار متوسطة لمدة 10 دقائق
كسبرة
يؤكل هذا الطبق مع الخبز أو الأرز
