Check username already exists | php | jquery | mysql
Lets find out if a user exists in the database or if a user account already exists during registration or login processes. To achieve this, one of the method i am using a PHP to handle server-side operations and MySQL to query the database for user information. jQuery, a JavaScript library, can be employed on the client-side to provide real-time feedback to users, such as checking username availability and alerting if a username already exists. This enhances user experience by reducing potential conflicts and streamlining the registration process.
Most of the modern web applications, require availablity of username before registration process. So, this technology can be done at the username availability on client side validation. Check the video tutorial, you will get an idea how it works.
