Here are my updated vpn speed test results for the top 3 VPNs for privacy, speed, performance, reliability, streaming, torrenting, and online security.
How's it going, everybody? Welcome back. And welcome to this updated speed test, small little review here for the top three VPNs. And if you're looking for full reviews, you'll find them in description down below, as well as links to pricing and discounts. So of course, if you didn't know any VPN, just to give you a little bit of a reference and a VPN that you connect to will drop your speed. But with a premium VPN, you'll hardly notice a speed drop. And that's exactly what I'm about to show you guys. And I'll show you guys percentages as well, I tested a nearby server something near me such as the Swiss server with all three VPNs. And I tested a much farther server, not even the East Coast, but the West Coast, la server with all three VPNs as well, just to show you guys how good these VPNs can get even when connecting to much farther servers, because the general rule is is that the closer the server, the better the connection, but with these VPNs that hardly matters. So of course, let's get straight into it. By the way, I show a change the URL here so that you know which VPN I'm talking about. This is my initial speed without a VPN, of course, nothing too impressive 4.6 to three megabits per second. Of course, I'm using the best performing protocols, by the way. So the lightweight UDP protocol with express the Nord links protocol with Nord VPN and the wire guard protocol with Surf shark. And anything between by the way, anything between 20 to 40% is still pretty good, not favorable. And anything beyond 40 to 50%. And above, that's just not good. You don't want to lose half your speed. So 4.6 to three megabits per second with ExpressVPN connected to the Swiss server, and I got four point 16 which ends up being a 10% decrease in speed, which is great with Nord VPN four point 43, which is just absolutely amazing, going all the way to 4.3%. And we've got four point 24 with Surf shark, which is an 8.4% decrease. Now moving on to the LA server four point 11, which ends up being a an 11% drop in speed for ExpressVPN. Four point 21 With Nord VPN, which is a 9.07, roughly 9% Let's just say, and with Surf shark four point 20, which is a 9.2% decrease in speed overall, it's just great, really all these VPNs. As you can tell, you know, the consistency here is that they're all below 15%, which is just incredible. I would say the fastest is obviously Nord VPN followed up by surf shark and then express VPN. Now Express VPN you want to keep in mind, they don't have a wire guard protocol, which is why they're a little bit behind in speed. But it's still pretty quick. Whereas with Nord VPN and surf shark, they have a true wireguard protocol, which is why it's a little bit faster than ExpressVPN Brazil. Besides that, you'll find everything you need to know about these VMs with regards to the privacy policy, speed streaming torrenting capabilities as well as security features in the description down below.
