STEPS REGARDING :
1. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and open up a web browser.
2. Once the web browser opens up, type in "www.hotmail.com"
3. You will be redirected to the outlook website.
4. Now, login to your hotmail account and then click on the profile option on the top right corner of your screen.
5. You will be guided to another page where you will have to choose an alternative email or phone number and the click on next.
6. If you choose your phone number, a code will be sent to your phone number which you will have to fill in and the click on send again.
7. Click on the text field shown in the video and the enter the last digits of your phone number.
8. After you fill in your correct number you will have to solve a puzzle and then you will be able to change your password.
