How to Reset Your Audio Conferencing PIN Number

If you’ve lost your Audio Conferencing PIN Number, here’s how to reset it:
From the Teams Admin panel → Users →  select desired User (click their name)
Scroll down to the ‘Audio Conferencing’ section and click ‘Reset PIN’.
Microsoft lists your Conference ID here as well.  It’s set to ‘dynamic’ by default, meaning Microsoft email users a new one every time you schedule a meeting in Teams.  You can reset it from here if you’d like.

There are two methods of beginning a conference call in Microsoft Teams.  In this video, we’ll show you both of them.  The first, inviting additional users to an ongoing call, is simple enough to do.  Just click or tap ‘Show Participants’ from within the Teams app, type the user’s name or phone number, and select them to join the call.  So long as you have an Audio Conferencing license, you’ll now be in a conference call.  Add more users in the same manner if you wish.

The second method involves having users dial into a conference bridge.  Shared conference bridge numbers are set up by default; you won’t need to do anything to activate them.  Creating a meeting in Teams will send an email invite to all attendees with the shared conference bridge number and Conference ID.  Users will need both of these to enter the same conference call.

You can also invite external users to your conference calls.  First, you’ll need to connect the Teams platform to the PSTN via either Microsoft Phone System or Teams Direct Routing solution.  Large businesses will struggle with Microsoft’s underpowered phone system for reasons outlined here: https://www.yay.com/blog/microsoft-te...
