Alienware - How to Identify and fix Overheating
Overheating can appear when insufficient air flows through the system due to dust or debris blocking the air vents, exhaust ports, or a clogged fan.
Modern Processors and high-end components are built to stand average temperatures of around 95 degrees Celsius and even higher isolated peaks of up to 100 degrees when under high stress without being a problem.

So, how to know if your system is overheating?
- Fans inside the computer run at maximum speed all the time to remove excess heat.
- The computer may intermittently shut down or restart.
- System performance reduces unexpectedly.
- The computer may stop responding, or performance reduces while playing games.
- Artifacts while gaming.
- Startup error messages such as:
+ Alert! Air Temperature Sensor Not Detected.
+ Fan, heat sink, or air temperature-related error message.

In case you have identified overheating on your system based on the described symptoms, follow these recommendations to resolve the issue.
