Paradigm Founder 40B

Paradigm is a Canadian company that is part of a large industrial group along with Anthem and Martin Logan. Many ranges of speakers in the catalogue, all designed using the largest anechoic chamber in the world owned by the group, and made with a vast economy of scale. The Founder series is a step below the top of the range Persona, and is characterized by stunning sound compared to size and price. These 40Bs are the only shelf model in the range, they are excellently finished and have a shaped cabinet. They adopt many of the technical peculiarities on board the Persona top albeit with less sought-after materials. It is characterized by a very fast, peremptory, rhythmic sound, with a sound scene that expands far and wide, as if it came from a much more generously sized speaker. Low frequencies also extend with great control far beyond what one would expect. The setting is of the Monitor type, so much so that the speaker is also quite appreciated in the professional field.
