Sonic Forces Cutscene: Tails Boss Fight

Did you know that there was a cut encounter between Classic Sonic and Infinite? The two never meet each other directly in the game, but it was discovered that as Classic Sonic, you would meet Infinite and he would send you to fight a duplicate of Modern Tails. If this is the first time you've heard this, it's because I made it up XDD Haha I did find it really unusual tho that Classic Sonic never actually has a single moment with Infinite in the game, despite the fact that the Phantom Ruby is responsible for him being there in the first place. Just highlights how much Classic Sonic really had to do with the story doesn't it? Anyway, this little scenario is how I'd like to imagine it would go down if the game actually did have these two meet. This would have taken place after the threat of the sun was ended but before Sonic and your custom character defeat Infinite. Enjoy!
