How to make Buddha’s Hand Citron candy .

Recipe:

Step 1) One large Buddha’s hand citron boil in a pot of water for 10 minutes before cut into a chunk or slice.

Step 2)  add 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
One cup water , one teaspoon sea salt .
Three whole  lemon  juice, a bout 4-5 whole tangerine orange juice.

Step 3)  add in ingredients above and boil on medium to low heat for 45-50 minutes.

Step 4) let it completely cool before strain and spread on a baking sheet and air dry for 24 hours.

* Final step ). Coat with sugar your choice.
