Mizuno Wave Rebellion Flash 2 First Run Review & Answering Your Questions

The Mizuno Wave Rebellion Flash 2 is the newest plated training shoe to hit the market. Released January 12, 2024, it uses a dual-foam construction with a 35mm stack and plastic plate. Its construction is similar to popular plated training shoes like the Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 and Adidas Boston 12—but the unique heel cutout and aggressive rocker geometry give it a much different feel out on the run.
