T-Mobile 5G Home Internet Gateway port-forwarding workaround

The T-Mobile 5G Home Internet Gateway router has very limited configuration options.  Setting up 'port-forwarding' is not an option.  I wanted to run a couple of web servers in my local network, so I searched for a workaround and found this cloud reverse proxy server which allowed me to do this.
