2. Lunch should be your heaviest meal
3. Trividh kukshi rule: Whenever you eat food follow this rule i.e take one thing solid, one thing liquid and one thing left for digestion.

1. खाना खाने से 45 मिनट पहले या बाद में पानी पिएं, बीच में कभी भी पानी न पिएं।
2. दोपहर का भोजन आपका सबसे भारी भोजन होना चाहिए
3. त्रिविध कुक्षी नियम: जब भी आप खाना खाते हैं तो इस नियम का पालन करें यानी एक चीज ठोस, एक चीज तरल और एक चीज पाचन के लिए छोड़ दें।
