This old hymn is sung by Laura Gibson.  It is on the "Come, O Spirit, Anthology of Hymns and Spiritual Songs, Vol.1."  I can be purchased on iTunes.
The hymn was written  in 1871 by Edward Hopper, who had ministered to sailors from around the world at his Church of the Sea and Land in New York City. The lyrics below are the ones sung in this version.

Jesus, Savior, pilot me
Over lifes tempestuous sea;
Unknown waves before me roll,
Hiding rock and treacherous shoal.
Chart and compass come from Thee;
Jesus, Savior, pilot me.

Though the sea be smooth and bright,
Sparkling with the stars of night,
And my ships path be ablaze
With the light of halcyon days,
Still I know my need of Thee;

As a mother stills her child,
Thou canst hush the ocean wild;
Boisterous waves obey Thy will,
When Thou sayest to them, Be still!
Wondrous Sovereign of the sea,
Jesus, Savior, pilot me.
Jesus, Savior, pilot me.
