6 to 8 bolillo  bread rolls
2 large bananas
15 oz can crushed pineapple
1 to 1 1/2  cup raisins
10 oz Oaxaca cheese (shredded)
5 to 6 cups water
10 oz piloncillo
2 to 3 cinnamon sticks
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
9x13 baking dish
2  Tbls butter
