Whether group experience or event for individuals, the FrischSchoggi™ workshop is the perfect event for chocolate lovers. Läderach is known for the freshness of its products, thats why we call our chocolate bars FrischSchoggi™ (Fresh Chocolate).
Under guidance you create and decorate your completely personal FrischSchoggi™ bar. You choose your favourite ingredients according to your mood and mix them with the finest dark or light Läderach chocolate. Then the seductive mixture is poured into a mould, which is perfectly prepared and decorated according to all the rules of confectioner's art. While your creation gently cools and solidifies in the refrigerator, you will gain a brief insight into the world of cocoa and learn how Läderach chocolate is made.
