What is ASMR?

Dave and Rebecca are both tattoo artists and both happen to experience ASMR. What is ASMR? Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR), is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. See - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASMR. Dave says "sometimes it feels like water running down your spine; sometimes it feels like your scalp is tingling; sometimes you become incredibly relaxed. Rebecca says it creates an open, intimate and vulnerable space. Both say how it brings them to peace - which is what John says is purpose of meditation.
