Like how a proper warm-up can make your body naturally ease into exercise, a suitable cooldown can help relieve the increased tension in your body after exercise and allow it to enter the recovery cycle smoothly.

To use it, try to go through the movements without forcing yourself and check for any muscles that feel tense or tight. It's different from stretching done to improve flexibility, right? Especially for areas like the hips and hamstrings, which can feel tight and cause discomfort in the lower back after training. Try to check for any tension in those areas naturally.

During exercise, not only your body but also your mind can be in a state of tension. Even though it's a very short cooldown, you will feel both your body and mind transition to a state of rest. When I was training intensively in France, cooldowns were included in the training plan, which helped me endure the training better. Although it only lasts for 60 seconds, you can feel a lot of happiness when you close your eyes and look back on your day.
