A luscious and gorgeous masala spiced beetroot lassi is easy to make and tasty delicious summer special liquid recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
Beetroot(chopped) 1 nos,
Green chillies 1 nos
Salt To taste
Fennel powder ¼ tsp
Butter milk 1 cup
METHOD:
1. Take the glass jar and add beetroot, green chilies, salt and blend it once.
2. Add little water and stain the juice into a bowl.
3. Transfer the juice into another glass jar and add fennel powder, again blend it.
4. Add butter milk and blend it and check for seasoning.
5. Transfer it into a glass and pink color beetroot lassi is ready to serve.
