Information on case 1: According to the indictment, on June 17, 2015, Le Van Muoi (residing in Vinh Long) drove a motorboat carrying Ly Van Doi (residing in Ho Chi Minh City) and Nguyen Van Diep from Tra On district (province). Vinh Long) to steal property in the Western provinces. At about 5:00 p.m. on the same day, Muoi stopped the boat on Xa No canal (Thi Tu hamlet, Mot Ngan town, Chau Thanh A district, Hau Giang province) to go to Mot Ngan market to survey and choose the target of the crime, Hue gold shop. Information on case 2: At about 6:00 a.m. on September 30, 2014 in Minh Hung commune, Bu Dang district, Binh Phuoc province, a group of thieves broke into a gold shop and stole nearly 300 pieces of gold. The large-scale theft in this commune has caused a stir in public opinion in Bu Dang district in particular and Binh Phuoc province in general. The police quickly intervened and investigated the case. After 2 months of fighting, the police investigation agency of Binh Phuoc Provincial Police arrested and confiscated all evidence. Subjects participating in the theft include: Bui Thanh Tuan; Thai Trong (residing in Di An commune, Binh Duong province); Nguyen Van Vinh; Tran Anh Tuyet, living in Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City; Bui Minh Tri (, living in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City); Nguyen Duc Hung (residing in Bu Gia Map district, Binh Phuoc province).
