An introduction to DECODE

‘DECODE’, is a groundbreaking, EU-funded project, led by the  Technology and Innovation Office at the city of Barcelona and delivered by a consortium of 14 European partners. The project aims to develop tech that will enable people to share their data in an independent and secure way. This will give individuals back the choice of whether to keep their data private or share it for the public good on their own terms.
