So i set myself a challenge of completing 1000 sit ups every single day
I mixed between full sit ups , crunches, side crunches, twisting sit ups and decline bench sit ups!
There's no doubt about it, doing sit ups transformes your abs but i certainly recommend getting your diet right if you want to uncover your hard work
