If you're a fan of low-stress, cozy building games that do not require resource collection, don't have win conditions, and don't really have any goals outside of those set for yourself, I think I have the game for you - Tiny Glade! Tiny Glade is a procedural builder in which you can create your own castle, villa, estate, or even small town just by clicking on things, combining things, and dragging into things. This game was put together by a brand new developer - Pounce Light - which is a comprised of just two people. And based on how good this is, I assume it'll be the first of many games from the team.
