Ingredients
100 gm Dark Chocolate
100 gm Fresh Cream
100 gm Agra Petha
10 gm Chocolate Flax
Method
1. Boil fresh cream. Add dark chocolate & mix together. Chocolate ganache ready.
2. Cut Agra Petha in small pieces and add to the ganache
3. Pour in a glass & set. Garnish with chocolate flax and Agra petha pieces.
