Panasonic India relocated to its new corporate office in Gurgaon's newly developed corporate and residential township — Ambience Island. The new office which has been designed & built as the new ISAMEA (India, South Asia, Middle East and Africa) regional Headquarters is in harmony with the company's fundamental principles of office space planning and hierarchy. Multi-coloured workstations along with 30 Wi-Fi meeting rooms with HDCOM facility, a collapsible training room with a capacity of 250 persons, and a free parking facility makes it a smart office with world class design, a place that makes life easy for employees. With its formal and in-formal spaces, the key amenities that the office includes is a gym and sauna to ensure employee fitness, reading room to unwind on a hectic day, modular and vibrant café to catch up with the other employees, day care for working mothers with young kids and lots of personal touches and memorabilia.
Mr. Manish Sharma, Managing Director, Panasonic India said, "Panasonic's new office reflects our focus on giving our employees a vibrant and productive environment to work-in. We are dedicated towards using technology and various facilities to provide a dynamic work culture that will definitely lead to an enhanced performance as well as productivity. Covering an area of 2.5 lakh sq ft, the office can accommodate up to 500 employees. Occupying the 12th floor, the new office is surrounded by the green expanse of Rajokri Greens, Delhi. The Office has been Designed by IDR studio LLP and executed by KG Interiors.
Mr. Daizo Ito, President, Panasonic India said, “India has been categorized as a strategic region and is on top priority from a business perspective in the ISAMEA region. With investments on products, talent, marketing, manufacturing and infrastructure in India, we aim to strategically leverage our expertise and resources for the benefit of other emerging markets. Moving into the new office space at Ambience Island is a prominent milestone for Panasonic. The energetic, contemporary and distinctive internal culture of the new smart office reflects Panasonic’s vision and efforts of empowering the local management to bring the best of products and services for our consumers and focus on India as well as new growth area.”
