"Vestas is like a huge family"

Approximately 100 team members were employed at the Towers factory in Pueblo, Colorado at the beginning of 2010 and since then the number has increased. Since the very first day, the factory has made a huge effort  to ensure all newcomers a good induction to the facility and to Vestas. As one of the new employees says:"I've never been in a company that cared about you like that."
