This video is about making herbal bath powder for babies with just two ingredients. Ingredients are
1. Whole green gram
2. Dried rose petals
The ratio in preparing this natural herbal bath powder is 2 : 1 for green gram dhal and dried rose petals.
In case if you are using fresh rose petals then take both the ingredients in equal quantities and allow them to dry under the sun for 5 hours. The fresh rose petals would reduce to half in its volume and then you get the desired quantity of 2 : 1.
This natural green gram powder is suitable for both boy and girl babies. For girl babies you can still add turmeric to the above ingredients.
Before using this ubtan for babies give an oil massage and after 15 – 20 minutes you can bath with this powder.
All the ingredients in this bath powder are natural and it suits for all skin types. The powder can be used by adult’s too and also new moms after delivery.
Preparation of baby bath powder recipe:
1. Take whole green gram and fresh rose petals in equal quantities. In case if you are using dried rose petals then the ration for green gram and dried rose petals is 2 :1
2. Dry both the ingredients under the sun for 5 hours.
3. Grind them in a grinding mill or mixie.
4. Then use a sifter to remove the dust or bigger granules.
5. Now the baby bath powder is ready to use.
You can mix the bath powder with milk or curd instead of water too. Regular use of this bath powder improves the complexion in babies.
