Nowadays, roughly 80% of people get into college, but I recently found the first ever Gaokao test paper, from 1977. Back then, only 4.7% of people ended up getting into college. So today a couple of my friends and I decided to try the math and English exams to see how hard it actually was. Could we get into Tsinghua and Peking University? Let’s take a look!
