In today's workout we are focusing on getting your heart rate up! We will use dumbbells (I used 5 pounds) to perform our compound movements and we will use our bodyweight to execute other movements! It is bootcamp style so you know we will have 2 stations, timed intervals, and high intensity works with short rest periods. Grab your water, your sweat towel, and a set of dumbbells and lets move!
