To use the Epson FastFoto FF-680W Wireless High-Speed Photo and Document Scanning System, follow these steps:
1. Connect the power cord: Plug one end of the power cord into the scanner and the other end into a power outlet.
2. Set up the scanner: Place the scanner on a flat, stable surface near your computer.
3. Install the software: Insert the provided installation CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive or download the software from the Epson Support website. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software. Make sure to select the correct operating system for your computer.
4. Connect the scanner to your computer: Use the USB cable included with the scanner to connect it to your computer. Insert one end of the cable into the USB port on the back of the scanner and the other end into an available USB port on your computer.
5. Turn on the scanner: Press the power button at the front of the scanner to turn it on. The scanner's LCD screen will light up, and the power light will turn on.
6. Adjust the settings: Use the LCD screen and buttons on the scanner to select your preferred settings, such as resolution, file format, and destination folder for scanned images. You can also choose to enable automatic image enhancement features if desired.

10. Disconnect the scanner: When you're finished scanning, turn off the scanner and disconnect the USB cable from both the scanner and the computer.

To use the wireless functionality, you need to connect the scanner to your Wi-Fi network using the setup software provided or follow the instructions in the user manual.
