Traditional Kacchi Biryani Recipe || Eid Special Kacchi Recipe || বাবুর্চি স্টাইলের কাচ্চি বিরিয়ানি

Kacchi Mutton Biryani is a delicious rice dish where tender goat ,lamb or beef meat pieces are marinated with lots of fried onions, whole spices, fresh herbs and yoghurt. This marinated meat sits on the bottom of the pot topped with half-cooked rice which is drizzled with saffron-infused milk and more fried onions . Sealed and slow-cooked in an oven or on stove-top to a delicious aromatic finger-licking biryani that you may serve with some salad and pickle for example

Traditional Kacchi briyani || Eid Special Kacchi briyani recipe
------------------------------------------------------------------------


Ingredients:
Mutton or beef 2kg
Rice 1 kg
Potato 1/2 kg
Roasted onions 2 cup
Yoghurt 1 cup
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Joytri +Jaifol + Chashew nuts 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder half tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Shahi jeera 1 tsp
Green chili 4-5
Oil half cup
Milk with saffron 1 1/2 cup
Alu Bukhara / dry plum 4-5
Whole Garam Masala
Kewra Water 1 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
