Grouser Rebuilding System

The WTC Model CG-3 utilizes three workstations for continuous sequenced rebuilding. Each Station is 48" wide to handle most pads. Primary clamping station which uses shop air is capable of 80,000 lb. of clamping force. Cutting and finish weld stations have convenient foot-operated clamps.  Torch guide assures accurate trimming of old bar for precise fit of new replacement and pre-heats pads to assure sound welds. Variable speed travel carriage controls weld bead shape and size. All controls are mounted in a master panel with hinged cover for operating convenience and ease of maintenance.
