In this video I am going to show you how to make an Automated Water pump control system using several electronic components including PCB Etching, Drilling and Toner Transfer Methods of PCB Designing. This circuit can be connected to your 230V AC water pump since this circuit use a 230V 12V Relay contact.

First, you should prepare following materials to make this setup.

1) Copper Board
2) Photo paper + Laser Printer
3) Ferric Chloride
4) 12V DC Relay x1
5) DC power connector x1
6) PCB Terminal 3pin x1 2pin x1
7) 8pin IC base x1
8) Ne555 IC x1
9) BC547 x1
10) LED Red and Green 1 each
11) C103 x1
12) IN4007 Diode x1
13) 2.2k Ohm Resistor x2
14) 10K Ohm Resistor x3
15) 1M Ohm Resistor x2
16) Water Pump DC or AC
17) Water Can or Tank
18) Syringe x1
