Hey Peeps! Today I'm showing
Hey Peeps! Today I'm showing you how I drafted a 3/4 circle skirt and put it together. This took me a while to work out but I'm so pleased with the end result.
The maths I used:
Natural Waist + 1" of wearing ease = WAIST
(WAIST / 3) X 4 = FULL CIRCLE CIRCUMFERENCE
All you need to once you have that measurement is put it in to a circle calculator and then use the radius it gives you to draft the pattern and add seam allowance. Once you've made your pattern just cut 3 panels rather than 4! Hope that makes sense.
