Create, update, and manage shifts right in Teams, from anywhere, on any device. You can create a schedule from scratch or by connecting to your workforce management system.
Here’s a Team's tip, you must be the owner of a team on Teams to create a schedule. When using Shifts, don’t forget to enable and promote self-service functions for your team so that every employee can access their schedule, requests shift swaps, and even clock in or out.
Shifts is a #TeamsApp – so start by searching for Shifts and adding it to Teams through the App Store. If you don’t see any Apps (or just a few) reach out to your IT team or check out the Microsoft Docs page about managing your apps in the Microsoft Teams admin center: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/Micr...
