Tuesday marks the first day of school for students in the Lincoln Unified School District in Stockton. The Lincoln Unified School District is implementing a new "no cell phone policy" for the 2024-2025 academic school year. It's for all students, schools and grade levels. The district serves more than 8,000 students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
